Quality Policy
Door Care Gas Springs are manufactured with the help of latest equipment under the team of qualified persons. Proper testing equipments have been installed to check the quality at every stage during the production process and after assembly. Each and every piece undergoes inspection. We at Door Care try to produce Zero defect material.
Customer satisfaction is our motto.
The following equipments have been installed in house:

Extension Force Testing Machine
To check the Extension Force of the Gas Spring as per drawing (Each and every Gas Spring is checked before dispatch.)

Endurance Testing Machine
To regularly monitor the life of a Gas Spring which are picked at random from the lots and are being tested.

Surface Roughness Tester
To check the Surface Finish of ID of the Steel Tube & OD of the Piston Rod.

Surface Plate
To check the straightness of Piston Rods.
​
Piston Rod Nirtriding (Blackening)
We are pleased to convey that we have introduced Nitriding Process for Piston Rod in lieu of Hard Chrome Plating. This will further improve the quality of the Gas Spring. The entire Nitriding Process has been installed in house. We are proud to share that Door Care Industry has joined the elite class of Gas Spring Manufacturers in India having this facility in house.
