Over the years as our businesses grew, we at Door Care worked hard augmenting our manufacturing capabilities to cater to the needs of our ever-growing customers while ensuring they get the promised quality.
The company has an extensive well-refined manufacturing plant in Jalandhar, India spread over a total of 12,000 Sq. ft. with a capacity to produce over half a million units annually.
To continue to lead in the Gas Springs market, we have invested gradually in automated machinery to make the process a whole lot smoother and consistent.

To name a few, our plant includes several numbers of CNC Turning centres, Automatic Traub, Centreless Grinders, Gas Filling Machines, Paint Booth, Pad Printing Machines along with Nitriding Furnaces and wide varieties of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
